Family Room: With the most comfortable leather reclining furniture, you can sit back and watch movies or shows on a 42-inch plasma television. In the winter months you can enjoy a quiet evening with a nice warm fire in the fireplace.
Kitchen: This spacious kitchen includes a breakfast counter and dining nook that overlooks the pool. Every kitchen appliance you may need is supplied including jenn air cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, teapot, blender, and steamer.
Dining Room: The dining room has seating for eight and is a great place for large meals, or meetings with your business associates.
Library and Gameroom: The first floor library is a great place to read, watch television, or for the children to play some video games. It is also the 4th bedroom and has a queen pullout couch with very comfortable mattress. The room entrance has two french doors with covered windows to provide privacy at night and in the morning. It also has attached full bath.
The gameroom has a new billard table and many books, DVD's and family games. There is also a desk for internet access as well as wireless internet access throughout the home.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a king size bed with European mattress and sheets. There is also a 32-inch television. The room is very spacious with large walk-in closet. The luxury bathroom has both a shower and tub.
Guest Bedrooms: There are two additonal upstairs guest bedrooms each which can bed set up as Kings or with dual twin beds if preferred. They both share a full bath and shower. Two additional roll-aways beds are also available.
Outdoors: Relax in a sparkling heated pool with built in spa. The private backyard is surrounded by large palm trees and greenery. A covered patio with outdoor furniture can provide welcome shade in the summer and a stainless barbecue grill will allow you to grill out if you prefer.
