| Rental Policies: |
Cancellation terms:
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we will attempt to re-book the same property for the same time period. If this attempt is successful, you will receive all amount paid. If this attempt is unsuccessful, all amount paid will be forfeited.
A security deposit check of $750 for damage is required.. The check will be return during the week following the rental.
7 days : Friday 5pm to Friday 12pm or Sunday 5pm to Sunday 12pm
Weekend : Friday 5pm to Sunday 12pm
If the Villa is not rented before or after your stay, it is possible to arrive earlier or depart later, upon prior arrangement. |
