Vacation Rentals Description



This comfortable apartment contain a combined living area and bedroom with kitchen and private bathroom with Jacuzzi corner bath and shower. It is situated on the south-west side of the house and has a beautiful views, thrue the two windows just over the sea, across the beach on the Vis bay. In this apartment there is not a possibility for extra bed. The studio has double bed, individually controlled air conditioning, lighting with downlighters, minibar and colour TV with satellite channels.

Small but well equipped kitchen having a fridge, cooker and small dining table under the window. There is a good quality, modern bathroom with Jacuzzi corner bath and shower, W.C., wash hand basin and hairdryer. Instaled corner Jacuzzi  with hydro-massage offer a deluxe bathing experience for two. Bed linen & towels incl. and changed weekly. Cleaning : weekly.

    Additional Notes:

    For a stay of less than 7 days, the price rises by 10% !

    For a stay of less than 4 days, the price rises by 20% !

    For one day accommodation, the price rises by 50% !

    All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. There are no hidden extras to pay.

    Deposit for final booking is 30% of full price of accommodation. Deposit is possible to pay by credit cards or by money transfer.

     
     
    Rental Policies:

    Cancellation Policy:
    If a booking is cancelled at any time after it has been confirmed, 
    the initial payment (deposit for final reservation) will not be refunded !

    Late arrival and/or early departure Policy:
    For any late arrival and/or early departure by the guest after the arrival date and/or befor the departure date the owner will remain liable for the full amount of the rental which covering the full
    period of renting.

    Final payment
    The balance of the rent is to be paid in cash directly to the owner upon your arrival and after visiting the apartment.

    Check-in time
    Usually you will able to check-in on arrival, but if previous guests are leaving the same day, you check-in will be between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm (if you arrived on the island by the ferry at 11:15 am).
    If you wish to guarantee check-in before 10.00am you will need to pre-book, and pay for the previous night.

    Check-out time
    Check-out time is 10.00am !
    If you wish to guarantee a late checkout you will need to book for the next night.
